Welcome to AMAC Consultancy LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the engagement of our professional consulting, training, and coaching services. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
AMAC Consultancy LLC provides advisory, training, and coaching services, including but not limited to:
- Basic & Scaled Agile Training: Framework implementation, ceremonies, role definitions, and operational best practices.
- Backlog Management: Epics/story writing guidance, product backlog content structuring, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coaching: Individual performance/conflict coaching and leadership agile advisory.
The exact scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for specific consulting engagements shall be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between AMAC Consultancy LLC and the Client.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Content: All materials, training frameworks, slide decks, methodology guides, website design, text, logos, and graphics created by AMAC Consultancy LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of AMAC Consultancy LLC.
- Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use training materials solely for internal organizational development. Materials may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery of coaching and training, Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely organizational context, feedback, and access necessary for consultation.
- Ensure relevant leadership, stakeholders, and team members participate in scheduled Agile ceremonies and coaching sessions as agreed upon in the SOW.
4. Professional Disclaimer & Guarantees
- AMAC Consultancy LLC provides professional guidance based on industry best practices. However, specific organizational outcomes, performance metrics, and velocity improvements depend heavily on internal execution, market factors, and team adoption.
- Advisory services do not constitute legal, financial, or formal employment guarantee decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AMAC Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or implementation of consulting recommendations.
- Our total liability for any direct claims arising under an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to AMAC Consultancy LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential all non-public, proprietary information disclosed during training, backlog reviews, or individual coaching sessions.
7. Termination of Services
Terms regarding cancellation, rescheduling, or termination of active coaching or training engagements will be specified in the individual client agreement or Statement of Work.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMAC Consultancy LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
